| These mothership trips leave Fisherman's Landing in San Diego during the evening and arrive at San Clemente Island the following morning. Up to 22 kayaks are loaded on the custom rack and launched at sunrise. Anglers can fish for yellowtail, white seabass, halibut, calico bass, rockfish and many other species until sunset. The kayaks are loaded onto the boat after dark and the boat returns to San Diego the following morning. All meals, bait and sleeping accomodations are included. Beverages, fish cleaning and gratuity are not included. The Islander is one of San Diego's premier long range vessels with fantastic accomodations. |

Anglers meet in Tucson, Arizona where all gear and kayaks are loaded onto the custom built trailer and anglers are transferred to the 10 passenger van with a/c and dvd. From Tucson the van is driven through Mexico to San Carlos, Sonora MX. The kayaks are loaded onto the El Duque and the boat departs that evening for the local islands or offshore banks to target dorado, sailfish, marlin, tuna, grouper, and pargo from the kayaks. Price includes all meals and beverages. Livebait is included when available. These trips are considered "boat camping" and during the summer and fall most anglers prefer to sleep on pads on the top deck in the fresh air. Clients also have the option of caravanning with the trailer from San Diego to Tucson, or dropping off their gear in San Diego and flying to Tucson. Additional kayaks can be supplied if necessary. Limited to 8 anglers. |
